We are not responsible for delays caused by the client.

5. Fees and Payments

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT

  • Invoices are payable within 14 days

  • Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

We may suspend services for overdue invoices.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise:

  • Soroni retains ownership of methodologies, templates, frameworks, and intellectual property

  • Clients receive a licence to use deliverables for internal business use

Content cannot be resold, redistributed, or published without approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages

  • Total liability is limited to the contract price of the service provided

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, negligence, or statutory obligations.

8. Data Protection

Soroni acts as:

  • Data Processor when using data sourced from third-party providers (e.g., Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

  • Data Controller for data collected on our website

Data processing is conducted in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Privacy Policy published on this site.
